Can I exchange the product I bought for a different color or size?
Yes, we’re happy to accommodate requests for size or color changes, as well as cancellations, within the first 6 hours of purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll make sure you're fully satisfied with your order!
Can I receive an exchange if I accidentally order the wrong color or size after the order has been created?
Unfortunately, once the order has been created, we’re unable to offer exchanges for a wrong color or size. I totally understand how these things can happen, so I’d recommend double-checking your color and size choice before finalizing your order. If you’re unsure about anything, please feel free to reach out to me before purchasing – I’m always happy to help! Don’t forget to take a look at the size chart for a more accurate fit. 😊
Am I able to request a return or exchange for my order after item has shipped out?
While we’re unable to offer exchanges or returns once an order has been created, we want to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your item, whether it's not up to your expectations or has a printing error, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’re more than happy to provide a free replacement or a full refund to make things right!

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping through our Etsy shop until the end of July, while we transition fully to our own site. As Etsy’s policies shift, we’re building a better, more direct experience here at ANW Bookish — starting with shipping to the USA, UK, and Canada.
If you live outside those countries, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Just drop us a message, and we’ll gladly set up a custom order for you through one of our trusted printing partners.

Do you ship your Limited Edition merch internationally?
Our limited-time bookish merch (launching soon) is currently only available in Canada, USA, and Australia.
Due to GDPR requirements, we’re in the process of appointing an EU representative so we can ship directly to Europe in the near future — it’s on our radar, and we’re actively working on it.
If you're based elsewhere, we’d still love to try and get our designs to you. Please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to arrange a custom order through our fulfillment network. That said, international shipping may not always be possible due to location-specific restrictions — and any applicable shipping costs will be clearly communicated before we proceed.

Can I customize my order or request personalization?
Yes, absolutely! We are able to customize items that don't go out of stock.
I’m happy to help with minor customizations like color changes, wording tweaks, or sometimes even font adjustments. Keep in mind that sometimes it may not be possible depending on the product or design, but don’t hesitate to reach out! I’m always happy to discuss options and make your order just how you want it!
Wholesale availability
Yes, we do offer wholesale options! For security and to ensure we’re connecting through the right channels, please reach out to us via email or our official Instagram page. Please avoid contacting us through Etsy for wholesale inquiries.
Please note that wholesale may not always be available if you are working with us for the first time. My schedule tends to be super busy but I am looking forward to expanding more with wholesale.
